Each year Seven Letter, a Boston and Washington, DC based public relations and public opinion research firm, conducts a 2000-person survey across the five NECTA states, soliciting consumer feedback on entertainment preferences, sports viewership, technology uses, and public policy. This public opinion data is the basis for the Annual Innovation Index, an important tool NECTA and its members utilize to assess shifting consumer needs, priorities, and habits.
